Knicks Poetry Slam

Check out some photos from the Knicks-Nike Equipment Drop Event in June. The winner of the Knicks Poetry Slam Program - Janine Simon - received $25,000 in Nike branded equipment to donate to the non-profit of her choice. She selected Harlem Children's Zone as the recipient of the equipment. The Knicks, Harlem Children's Zone and Nike celebrated the donation and educated the youth through sport and poetry clinics.

The event included:- Basketball clinic with Liberty players Cathrine Kraayeveld and Kia Vaughn and the Knicks street team- Poetry workshop with Cynthia "Ceez" Keteku - Dance workshop with the Knicks City Dancers- Equipment training, football and soccer clinics with staff from Harlem Children's Zone
